we999 Game Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the WE999 Game platform and all services available through it. Installing the app or accessing the platform through any means is taken as agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Who Can Use WE999
WE999 is available to individuals who meet all three of the following conditions:

You are at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your region if that is higher

You are located in a jurisdiction where real-money online gaming is not prohibited by law

You have not been previously banned or suspended from WE999
By registering, you confirm all three conditions are true and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. One Account Per Person
Each person may hold one active WE999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and associated funds will be withheld.
Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another person.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your account. This includes keeping your password and OTP codes private. WE999 is not liable for losses, winnings, or transactions that occur because you shared your credentials with someone else or failed to secure your device.
If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password and contact support immediately.
4. Deposits
Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer in Pakistani Rupees. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Funds are credited to the wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider.
WE999 is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors originating from third-party payment processors. Contact the relevant provider for issues on their end and notify WE999 support for wallet-side follow-up.
5. Withdrawals
The daily withdrawal limit is Rs 50,000. Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed verification. Verification is required once and takes a few minutes to complete inside the app.
WE999 processes verified withdrawals within minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on the receiving institution. No hidden fees are charged on withdrawals from verified accounts.
6. Bonuses
All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, daily login bonus, Thursday membership bonus, and New Member Daily Challenge rewards — are subject to the wagering requirements in effect at the time. Bonus funds must complete the required activity before becoming withdrawable.
Attempting to abuse bonus structures — such as registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or coordinating with other users to exploit referral or milestone systems — results in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
7. Conduct on the Platform
The following are not permitted on WE999:

Registering or operating more than one account

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform

Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or system inconsistencies in any game or feature

Using the platform in connection with any activity that violates Pakistani law

Allowing another person to access or play on your account
WE999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found in violation of any of the above, with or without prior warning. Funds in suspended accounts may be withheld during investigation.
8. APK and Software
WE999 is distributed as an APK from the official website. Downloading from unofficial sources is at the user's own risk. WE999 accepts no responsibility for problems, losses, or harm resulting from an unofficial or modified version of the app.
9. Platform Availability
WE999 aims to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control may cause temporary unavailability. WE999 is not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
WE999's maximum liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the current wallet balance of that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
WE999 may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after the update date is taken as acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from the use of WE999 is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
